Vegan, Gluten-Free & Sugar-Free Expert
A trained pastry chef from California, Claire studied at the École Lenôtre in Paris and specialized in plant-based patisserie.
After being diagnosed with celiac disease, she embraced a vegan lifestyle and has since developed hundreds of gluten-free, sugar-conscious, and dairy-free recipes, from chewy cookies to indulgent ganache cakes.
Claire leads the creative work behind our Vegan Pastry, Gluten-Free, and Sugar-Free Baking collections, guiding every recipe with one belief:

Sourdough, Focaccia & Grand Bakes Specialist
Originally from Salerno, Antonio grew up baking with his grandfather in the family-owned forno. With over 25 years of experience, he has mastered natural fermentation, rustic focaccia, festive breads, and high-hydration doughs.
Antonio is the heart behind our Sourdough, Focaccia, Cookie, and Grand Bakes collections, always reminding us:

Michael

Chocolate, Coffee & Product Development Lead
Originally from Hamburg, Michael began his career in business and café management before moving into food innovation. He earned barista certifications with the Specialty Coffee Association in Berlin and trained at the Carpigiani Gelato University in Bologna, specializing in low-sugar frozen desserts and chocolate craft.
At Baking Wellness, he oversees Chocolate, Coffee, Gelato, and future product launches, ensuring every collection is practical, beautiful, and truly useful for home bakers worldwide. His motto:
